Account & Data Deletion

For the OneOne AI Companion app (package online.oneone.app) and the OneOne companion service.

You can delete your OneOne account and its data at any time. You do not need to contact us first, and you do not need to have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app

Open OneOne AI Companion.
Go to Settings (the gear icon in the top corner of the home screen).
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.

Option 2 — In the Telegram bot

If you use OneOne through Telegram, open your Profile in the bot and choose Delete My Data.

Option 3 — By email, without installing anything

Send a request to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your User ID if you know it (Settings → Profile), or the Telegram username you use with the service, so we can find the right account. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

The link between your app account and your Telegram account	Deleted immediately

If you linked a Telegram account. Deleting from inside the app removes the app account and unlinks it. Because a linked profile is shared between the app and Telegram, use Delete My Data in the Telegram bot, or email us, if you want the shared profile and its conversation history erased as well.

What we keep, and for how long

Data held by our advertising partners under their own privacy policies is not ours to delete. To reset the advertising identifier they use, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device.
